1) When you have decided upon the date your group require, telephone our booking office on 0845 833 2348 to check availability. It would also be helpful to have an alternative date as we do become fully booked at times.
2) A deposit fee of £15.00 per person is required to book your day. A Lesser Fee is at the discretion of the Management. We will hold your date for 7 days to enable your deposit to reach us.
Please Note:
* Until a deposit is received at our offices we cannot guarantee that the places you have held on the telephone will still be available.
* Cheques should be made payable to: AMAZON PAINTBALL LTD and sent to our office address below.
* ALL deposits are non-refundable, but will be deducted from the cost of the persons Green Fee present on the day.
3) Once your deposit has been received your booking will be confirme by post together with more information about your day with us. On receipt of this letter please check that all details are as requested at the time of booking, as mistakes may not be able to be altered at a later date.
4) The remainder of the balance can either be paid prior to your booking date or on arrival at the site BEFORE your event takes place.
